They provide superior mechanical properties and excellent surface quality. In addition to glossy, matte, and super matte surfaces, various embossed surface designs are also available. Optionally, special UV protection for external applications is provided. Sheets with a top layer of weather-resistant ASA for optimal UV resistance are also available.
ABS / PMMA
ABS and PMMA are two amorphous thermoplastics. In the co-extrusion of ABS/PMMA, ABS is typically used as the base material, and PMMA serves as the top layer. There are various thickness ratios for each layer, but the common ratio is 80 percent base layer to 20 percent top layer. The PMMA top layer provides UV resistance, allowing the material to be used outdoors. The properties of the two-layer plastic are very similar to pure ABS. ABS/PMMA exhibits excellent impact resistance with good heat resistance, making it commonly used in both technical molded parts and cladding elements.
PS - POLYSTRENE
Known as HIPS or GPPS.
Polystyrene is a solid and transparent plastic raw material made through the polymerization of styrene monomer. It ranks among the top five most widely used general-purpose plastic raw materials worldwide. It is preferred for its transparency, ease of processing, fluidity, food compatibility, and many other characteristics.

It is used to cover the roofs and facades of buildings, replacing traditional joinery, and for creating insulated interior partitions or cold storage areas. Additionally, due to its thermoformable structure, it can be preferred for decorative purposes in hygienic spaces instead of ceramic or tile, offering a modern and practical solution.
HDPE PIPES
The HDPE pipe (High-Density Polyethylene Pipe) is a rigid, lightweight, and strong pipe with a smooth inner and outer surface. It requires minimal heavy equipment for transportation and can be easily applied in all field conditions, including on ice or in wet, marshy areas. It is used in mining, drainage systems, water networks, agricultural irrigation systems, and solid waste disposal areas. They are produced in diameters ranging from 20 mm to 1600 mm and pressure classes from PN4 to PN32, meeting the desired specifications in terms of diameter, pressure, and dimensions.
CORRUGATED PIPES
Corrugated pipes are high-strength, corrosion-resistant pipes due to the high rib strength and polyethylene, featuring complete leak-proof properties, a 50-year lifespan, resistance to organic compounds, a smooth inner surface, ease of transportation, economical installation, and quick installation. According to the international standards TS EN 13476-1 and DIN 16961-16566, they are produced with nominal diameters between 100 mm and 1000 mm with socket or sleeve joints and steel-reinforced between diameters of 800-2400mm.
STEEL-REINFORCED CORRUGATED PIPES
These pipes are made of different materials such as iron, steel, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
It provides a 100-year lifespan. It is durable. It is highly resistant to chemicals. It is sensitive to the environment. The inner surface is slippery and shiny. It does not cause calcification and rusting. It has ease of transportation and loading. It provides heat and sound insulation. Weld parts of diameter bending do not occur. It provides the highest performance. It provides ease of installation. There is no assembly wastage.
DREDGING PIPES
Our dredging pipes are black in color. We specifically use UV additives in production due to exposure to sunlight. This allows us to produce a product that is resistant to the harmful effects of sunlight and has a long lifespan. Certified Welding Teams perform adapter connections. Products with the same chemical properties and production conditions are joined by our experienced and highly skilled HDPE pipe welding team. The steel flanges used in the pipes are specially produced. While the connection holes and numbers are standardized, we can create ease of use by producing them with lighter materials.
PRE-INSULATED PIPES
Pre-insulated pipes are manufactured with the latest technology in compliance with international standards (TS EN 253, TS EN 448, TS EN 12201-2+A1). The use of polyurethane foam between the carrier pipe and the casing pipe absorbs thermal expansion stresses and transmits the friction force between the soil and the external pipe to the carrier pipe. This feature eliminates the need for compensators. Our pre-insulated pipes are produced with the inner part of the pipe made of high-density polyethylene. The second layer uses polyurethane foam that is compatible with the volume of the pipe. The outermost layer consists of a protective casing made of high-density polyethylene again. Due to its closed-cell structure, it does not absorb water.
PERFORATED DRAINAGE PIPES
These pipes are produced in three types: Pe100 perforated pipe, corrugated perforated pipe, and PVC perforated pipe. They are used for draining unwanted waters absorbed underground or in the soil. Heavily preferred perforated and slotted corrugated pipes are produced according to DIN 4262-1 standards, meeting R2 class standards, and holes are created at certain intervals from the outer surface in the rib system according to customer requests. These holes will be created to assist in the disposal of waste along with the cleaning process in the area. They are produced in accordance with TS EN 13476-1 standards, suitable for SN4 and SN8 ring stiffness, using polyethylene (PE) raw material.
